Breaking Family Strongholds
Many of us are predisposed to certain behaviors and conditions in our families. But just because something runs in your family doesn't mean you must accept it as your fate. You can choose differently and break the patterns passed down for generations. In this blog post, I explore the impact of family patterns on our lives and how Prince Harry's decision to step back from royal service highlights the importance of making choices that align with our values and well-being.

On this day of Gratitude
As we celebrate Thanksgiving, it is important to take a moment to reflect on the past year and express our gratitude for everything we have experienced. Even if you had some tough times or setbacks, there is always something to be thankful for. Remember that everything, good or bad, is working for your good. By cultivating an attitude of gratitude, you can transform your life and attract even more blessings in the future. So take a moment to express your thanks and appreciate all the beauty and abundance around you. Happy Thanksgiving!
About Forgiveness
So here is the whole, unadulterated truth about forgiveness… ALL FORGIVENESS IS SELF-FORGIVENESS. Everyone has an individual experience in life, and no one is ever doing anything to you. They are just doing what they are doing, and for whatever reason, they are part of your journey to show you something about yourself or to help you learn something you need to know. Therefore, there is no need to forgive your partner for cheating on you. She cheated. She didn’t cheat on you. You were only at the effect of her dishonesty because of your relationship. There is nothing to forgive her for...but there's a lot to forgive yourself for.
Is Your Student Ready for the School Year?
Back-to-school is an emotional time. Parents sending their children to kindergarten may feel nervous about sending their little ones to a big school. Parents of high schoolers are watching their teens transition from bus or car riders to car drivers who no longer need to be picked up. Listening to the parents around me, I know most of you are relieved to eliminate expensive summer camps and get your grocery-eating teenagers out of the house. I get it: Back-to-school is an emotional time.
